If you are interested in joining the 2018-19 FAME Cohort, please complete the form below. Each school should complete ONE registration. Schools who are new to FAME are encouraged to send a leadership team to ONE summer workshop. If the school has already participated in FAME, it is not necessary to participate in the FAME Summer Workshop.
