At times, market can only accommodate for one type of craft. If you have more than one craft you are bringing with you, please list below.  Understand that in rare occasions, we may ask you to limit variety.  
At times, Maker's Market will use photos to create marketing materials for days leading up to market. Are you okay if we reuse some of your photos to advertise on social media and our website along with those of our affiliates. *
Upon approval, there is a vendor fee that you will pay through our website. Do not pay until you receive an email of acceptance from a coordinator. We will never ask you to pay any way other than our site. If you would like alternative payment methods please email the coordinator.

Last minute cancellations will not be refunded and are subjected to up to a $35 no show fee. Each case is reviewed by the event coordinator who will do their best to reschedule you. You will not be able to participate until this fee is paid. Any events paid for will be forfeited.  *
Markets are rain or shine. We will monitor weather closely on all days leading up to events. If market is rescheduled, your fee will be applied to the new date.  If the date does not work for you, we will try to fit you into another market. However, this is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given. *
North Carolina requires vendors to register in order to collect and remit taxes.  We ask that you inform yourself about the laws in your state. No fee is required to apply for a certificate of registration. You are responsible for all materials needed for market. This includes both indoor and outdoor. For outdoor markets you must have a 10x10 pop up tent, tent weights and materials needed for inside your booth. For indoor markets you will only need your product and tools needed to build your display. *
Maker's Market CLT and their affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or incidents. *
By combining local brews, crafters and bites, Maker's Market aims to create a more intimate way of supporting local artists. Please no MLM's. I am not an MLM and all products are handcrafted by me or my business. *

 I understand and agree that Maker's Market CLT and the host locations do not provide insurance to cover damage to or loss of the Property, or to cover medical expenses for injuries, illness, or any other condition or effect I may sustain, and that MMCLT strongly recommends that I carry my own event insurance.

The majority of our events take place at locations that serve alcohol. Though we will not monitor your alcohol intake, we do ask that you remain sober during market hours.
