I am either the property owner or manager, or otherwise have the authority to allow K2C Wildlife Encounters, LLC Service Providers to perform the work requested.

Service providers cannot perform any structural modifications of the property. No disassembly of furniture or appliances, placement of holes in floors, walls, or ceilings, or any kind of excavation on the property, etc. Exceptions are if the property owner/management gives the OK at the time, and it is necessary to capture the wildlife target. Service provider has the right to refuse to do these for any reason.

K2C Wildlife Encounters, LLC and their team members are not responsible for inadvertent property damage that occurs during our inspections or attempts to capture the target animals. Exceptions for extreme negligence exist. This includes property changes referenced above in #1.

Client understands that a fee may be requested, as well as mileage. Service provider will notify you of the amount prior to beginning in most cases, unless urgency requires immediate action upon arrival. At that time, if the fee is not agreed to, the animal will be released on site. Our typical fees are online at https://www.k2cwildlife.com/services-fees

Any disputes will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court in Manassas, VA.

Any native animals found and captured will be released or euthanized per the VA DWR regulations. We do not euthanize healthy releasable animals.
