Please only complete this Stage 2 form if you have already received provisional approval for your event from the Town Council.
This online form constitutes the second part of our Event Management Process and will ensure we capture enough information to provide you with final approval for your event.
Please ensure you complete this form as soon as you have all the necessary information and at least 6 weeks before your event. This form will ensure we have formal sign off for your Event Plan, Risk Assessment, Event Map and appropriate insurance.
Note that all events, unless otherwise advised by officers of Swanage Town Council, should notify Dorset Councils 'Safety Advisory Group' before approval by Swanage Town Council.

Once all documents have been received and any issues resolved we will confirm by email that final approval has been received. You will not be authorised to use your requested venue unless you have final approval.
This form should be completed by the Event Organiser who will be the single source of contact for all email correspondence.
Please note that any request to use Shore Road will require approval from Dorset Council Highways Section.
The Council does not allow trading from the Hardstanding adjacent to the Swanage Information Centre except for the sale of specific items to support community groups and charities. If you are considering using the Hardstanding for this purpose please complete a separate form which can be found on our website.
