MPI D/FW 23 – 24 Sponsorship Form

Thank you for supporting our chapter! We appreciate your generous donation to the MPI Dallas Fort Worth Chapter. Once the form is complete, please submit any assets to  Zhanna Atherton, VP of Strategic Partnerships via email at vpstrategicpartners@mpidfw.org and Evya Richards, dirsponsorship@mpidfw.org. Based on the benefit(s) you qualify for, you may be contacted by the Director of Sponsorship &/or an MPI DFW board/committee chair for additional information that may be needed.

Cash / In-Kind: Benefits are outlined on sponsorship packet as outlined here. 

Marketing assets are due within 14 days of completion of this form to the MPI DFW chapter to ensure fulfillment of benefits.
