The purpose of Culinary 3 is to prepare you to take and pass the ServSafe Manager Certification test. This certification can lead to many advances in the food service industry. If you were to take this course and test outside of FVHS it would cost almost $200, and you are offered this opportunity for FREE. That being said, this course requires commitment up front to be present in the mandatory live lessons to prepare for this exam. By signing this form, you are committing to a full year of Culinary 3.
