I understand that my vendor fee is $90 and that I have 48 hours after receiving my approval email to secure my vendor booth to the email provided. I understand that my vendor booth is NON-Refundable or transferrable. *

This market will be held outdoors and vendors will be required to supply their own tent no larger than 10x10, tables, chairs, shelving, décor and anything else they need for their vendor booth. I understand that I must come prepared for all types of weather including rain and wind. *

I understand that both The Hometown Market and the venue have the right to reschedule or cancel this market due to an unprecedented situation which is not limited to: an extreme heat warning, high winds, risk of thunderstorms or COVID-19 due to a government mandate which makes the market unable to run. *

If our market is unable to run due to poor weather which is not limited to rain, wind, extreme heat warning, or risk of thunderstorms, there will be a rescheduled date provided within 24-48 hours before the scheduled event. *

I understand that by not following Public regulations could result in a fine towards my business by Public Health. *

I understand that the host is NOT responsible for the number of guests who attend, and that they will do their absolute best in promoting all events in a timely manner on all social media platforms. *

I understand that setup will begin at 7:30am and must be completed by 8:45am. A setup email will be provided for you the week of the event. *

Please note: You must agree to the following terms in order to participate. 1: I will abide by treating all guests, vendors and hosts with the upmost respect leading up to, during and after all events. 2: I understand vendors are required to adhere to a basic code of conduct, and may not speak negatively of The Hometown Market, venues or vendors. Failure to adhere to this could lead to a loss of vendor fee and legal action. 3: I understand that if I do not arrive the day of the market or cancel, I forfeit my vendor fee. 4: I understand that all vendor fees are NON-refundable. 5: I understand that I am not permitted to leave the market early, unless given the approval by the market organizer. (unless due to illness or emergency) 6: I understand that The Hometown Market and the venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 7: I understand that it is also my responsibility to help promote the market I am participating in. I will promote in a positive manner on all social media platforms leading up to the event.
