Terms & Conditions:Booking is confirmed once a deposit of $100 has been received by “All Party Photo Booths.” Balance of amount owing to be paid to “All Party Photo Booths” by means agreed upon by the parties by the time of commencement of event. “All Party Photo Booths” shall at it’s own cost deliver the goods to the event site on the delivery date and ensure that the goods are prepared and ready for operation for the time specified. The “hirer” agrees to produce “All Party Photo Booths” with identification supporting their details as mentioned above by the commencement of their event. Hirer will arrange for an appropriate space of 3 metres x 4 metres of flat inside space for the photo booth at event's venue. Hirer is responsible for providing power for the photo booth. . Hirer in the event of an outdoor event are responsible for providing a level area of ground for photo booth and a roof, awning, or canopy for potential inclement weather. All Party Photo Booths have the right to refuse setting photo booth up in an area that may be effected by rain or such weather. The “hirer” assumes responsibility for the well-being of hired photo booth during the date/time specified above and assures “All Party Photo Booths” that any injuries or damages to booth, guests, invited or uninvited or event venue due to misconduct or recklessness of themselves or event guests are the sole responsibility of the “hirer.” Deposit is paid as a guarantee of event and shall not be refunded if “hirer” cancels booking. Hirer acknowledges and gives permission for photos taken at their event to be published on website and associated social media sites & it is the responsibility of the hirer to inform their guests of such agreement.
