Securing your spot:Payment in full prior to class is required to secure your spot. Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email to arrange payment depending on the method of payment you have chosen above.
Missed classes:Please note that the 6-week format enables me to offer classes at a discounted rate. If you must miss a class, you can make it up at another class during the session or in the next session, up to a maximum of 2 classes. For example, if you signed up for Yoga Burn on Tuesdays only and miss a class, you may make it up at a Thursday Yoga Burn class during the same session. However, if you are signed up for both Tuesday and Thursday for Yoga Burn, then you may make up your missed class in the next session.
Unexpected Illness:If you are not able to complete your registered session due to extended illness, you may present a doctor's note and have your remaining classes transferred to another session.
Pre-paid card holders:Drop-in classes (except for Chair Yoga) will no longer be held, starting in September. If you have purchased a pre-paid card, you may transfer your remaining balance toward a chosen session. For example, 3 classes left at $8/class = $24 remaining. If you take Yoga Bliss, you may deduct $24 from the class fee.
You may also finish your existing card by using it to drop in to any of the sessions, but note that once your card is finished, the drop-in fee will be $12.
Refunds/Cancellations:Full refunds will only be given to cancellations sent to me a week before the start of class. I will also provide a full refund if a class you signed up for is cancelled when there are not enough sign-ups.
