What's the issue?
My card does not work.
My card has not been printed yet.

I reactivated my membership so my keycard needs to be reactivated.

If you are having issues with your keycard working, have you tried taking your card out of your wallet when trying to swipe into the building?
If you don't yet have a keycard, have you tried picking it up at the front desk?
