NE/AOSA  Season Package Registration Form
Complete this form to register for the 2022-2023 season.  USE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR ALL SIX WORKSHOPS, intend to participate in three or more and you are currently working as a music teacher, classroom teacher or administrator; you are a non-student awaiting employment or you are a retired teacher.  See the payment options at the bottom of this form.

Note:  The Chapter reserves the right to take video and photos during workshops.  This media will be used for historical purposes, the website, our social media pages, and for AOSA.

NE/AOSA and AOSA are two separate entities.  To be a member of both organizations, you must join each separately.  Joining one does not make you an automatic member of the other.

AOSA members will receive a $10 discount off of their NEAOSA membership.  Those members joining AOSA for the first time, must email proof of membership to Daverugg@aol.com.  The above question allows you to choose what you would like to do with your refund.

***Payment Options  (Important - Read this entire section.)*** *
Please pay by check or with PayPal.  If you pay by check, please mail it to the treasurer.  If you choose PayPal, please ensure that you choose the correct "pay now" button.  

If registering before September 1st the registration cost is $85.00.  To pay choose the Pre-Registration "Pay Now" button.  

If registering after September 1 the cost is $95.00.  To pay choose the Regular Registration "Pay Now" button.  

If you are retired, the cost is $35.00 from July 1 forward.  To pay choose the Retiree "Pay Now" button.  

Students are free with a current student ID and a membership with AOSA (also FREE)

Please note that a $4.00 online fee will be added to the cost of the registration when you use PayPal. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received.  In addition, if the pre-registration fee is paid after September 1, the registration will not be processed unless the individual remits an additional $10 by check made out to NE/AOSA.  Once the additional money is received, the registration will be processed.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS!  Please make your payment choice below.
