Year 4 Author Talk Excursion
Dear Parent/Guardian

The Year 4 students will be going on an excursion to an Author Talk at Christchurch School, Claremont on Friday 26 July 2019. Students will travel to Christchurch School by bus, leaving school at 9:45am and returning at 12:15pm.

The activity to be undertaken whilst at Christchurch School is listening to a talk by author, Andy Griffiths.

Members of the supervisory team are Mrs Walsh, Ms Turner, Ms Mace, Mr Walker, Special Needs Education Assistants and parent helpers.

The cost of the excursion will be covered by Term 3 activity charges.

Special clothing or other items required: All children must be in full school uniform with covered footwear. A raincoat may be needed in the event of inclement weather.

Please notify the school if there are any changes to the medical details you previously provided.

Should you need to contact your child during the excursion, a message is to be left at the front office of Subiaco Primary (9207 7900), who will contact one of the excursion supervisors.

Please complete the online permission form by Friday 5 July 2019. Please note that without this, your child will not be able to attend. Arrangements will be made at school for any child not attending.
