The City of Oxnard has changed to a Zoom Meeting, Caller Waiting format.
Please prepare yourself for this positive change by reading the following:

Those who have signed up to speak will receive an email from the City Clerk’s office with a link to the Zoom meeting along with a password to participate as a voice commenter (no video at this time.) The participation information is unique to you – please do not share as it may cause issues with your ability to join the meeting. When you call in, you will be placed in a caller queue on mute. When your turn to speak comes, you will be unmuted and given three minutes to deliver your comments.
Please bear with us as we transition to this new format which will be more time and resource efficient.

The deadline to register for a public comment is 2:00PM the day of the meeting. If you do not receive an email by 4:30 PM, please call or email 805-385-7803
