We understand that the Registration Fee for each student is nonrefundable and is due via Zelle or PayPal prior to being able to register for classes. Student Center Fee ($45) and the first Facility Fee payment ($100) are due by March 31, 2026, with the second Facility Fee payment ($75) due by May 31, 2026.
*Families who register after May 31 must pay all fees in full prior to registering for classes.

We hereby agree to pay all tutors directly for their services and any associated fees at the set amount established by the tutor and in accordance with the agreed upon payment schedule. If my payment is late, (after the 10th of the month), I agree to add a $10 late fee to the owed amount.

We also agree to pay the various fees incurred should we change or drop a class, or withdraw from the tutorial.  The fee to change or drop a class is $35 per class; the fee to withdraw from the tutorial is $50 per student, both due to BTM via Zelle or PayPal, using BTMLeadershipteam@gmail.com. *
Furthermore, it is recognized that if our student withdraws from a course at any time or for any reason, between the dates of June 10 through December 10, we, the parents, agree to fully compensate the tutor for their services and any associated fees for the first 5 payment months. And accordingly, if he/she is withdrawn on any date after December 10, we, the parents, will fully compensate the tutor for their services and any associated fees for the last payment months of December through April. This includes a student’s withdrawal from class that has been requested by the administration or the tutor. *
If a student plans to withdraw from the second semester of classes, the parent must email BTM Leadership and the student’s tutor in writing by December 10th. Any decision after this date will require payment for the full second semester of classes. *
