CPEX-CV Field Campaign Code of Conduct Agreement

Purpose: In order to establish and enforce effective policies for the CPEX-CV field environment, this Code of Conduct outlines clear expectations and accountability for individuals, teams, and leadership. Field experiences require intentional adherence to these guidelines in order to ensure the physical, emotional, and identity safety of each team member in all formal and informal settings related to the campaign.

The Code of Conduct below includes specificity, framing, and context based on the feedback from both the survey and interviews conducted in May and June of 2022 by Periscope Theory. The CPEX-CV Code of Conduct was reviewed by the NASA HQ team, Science Team Leadership, and ESPO to ensure it is comprehensive and meets the current needs of the CPEX-CV team.
