Challenges with preregistration and Registered Reports for neuroimaging experiments
We are interested in the challenges that people face when preregistering neuroimaging studies. We would be grateful if you’d share your experience with us. Thank you!

Have you done preregistrations or Registered Reports (RRs) for your neuroimaging studies, and if yes how many (please provide # of preregs, and # of RRs)?
Which aspects of your neuroimaging experiment(s) did you find difficult to anticipate and preregister? What was helpful to address this challenge?
Did you do power calculation(s)? If yes, did you do these separately for all hypotheses you tested, and what was the calculation based on?
Did you follow some sort of template (e.g. COBIDAS) to do your pre-registration? If you followed some sort of template:- what was good about it?- what was bad or missing from it?
Did you pre-register all analysis decisions, or only parts? Did you pre-register decision trees (i.e. "if this, then that" type of decisions). If only parts, why and which parts?
Is there anything else you’d like to comment on that we have not covered yet?
