🔎 Ada masalah untuk memuat turun EVP fizikal anda?
Sila hantar borang ini. Kami akan muat naik semula EVP fizikal anda dalam masa 3 hari bekerja (tidak termasuk hujung minggu & cuti umum). Selepas itu, sila ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah untuk memeriksanya dalam aplikasi Pemandu Grab anda:
1. Pergi ke [Profil Pemandu] anda
2. Klik ikon [Tetapan] di bahagian atas kanan
3. Pilih [Akaun]
4. Klik pada medan EVP untuk muat turun EVP fizikal
📢 Semua pemandu E-Hailing diwajibkan untuk mengisytiharkan kod kenderaan mereka kepada AH (E-Hailing), seperti yang ditetapkan oleh JPJ. Tanpa kod AH, EVP anda tidak dapat diperbaharui.

🔎Having trouble downloading your physical EVP?
Please submit this form here. We will assist by re-uploading your physical EVP within 3 working days (exclude weekends & Public Holidays). After that, please follow the steps below to check it in your Grab Driver App:
1. Go to your [Driver Profile]
2. Click the [Settings] icon at the top right
3. Select [Account]
4. Scroll to [Vehicle Information] to click the EVP field to download the physical EVP
📢 All E-Hailing driver partners must declare their vehicle code to AH, as required by JPJ for all E-Hailing vehicles. Without the AH code, your EVP cannot be renewed.

📢 所有电召车司机都必须把车辆申报为AH。这是马来西亚陆路交通局JPJ的要求。没有AH，您的EVP就不能更新。
