You are invited to the United Village Development Forum on Thursday March 14th at Allianz Field, Stadium Club from 7-8:30pm to participate in an in-person community information session about the latest proposed phase of development, hosted by Union Park District Council and the Hamline Midway Coalition.

In 2016, the then-City Council approved a redevelopment plan that guides the project formerly known as the Snelling-Midway redevelopment project and/or Allianz Field superblock. Per this plan, the developer has now begun the first phase of the project, now known as "United Village," with plans to include the construction of a public park and sculpture plaza feature, a playground, an office building, hotel and restaurant/retail space. At this forum, the United Village project team will present an overview of the latest proposed phase from the developer, answer questions and receive community input about the project, to inform both this phase of the development and future phases.
