Non-profit organizations are welcome to present at the festival free of charge. Please provide proof of your non-profit status. For profit organizations will be charged $25 for a space. If you are selling items at the Festival, we ask that 25% of your sales be donated back to the ASGNO.
To apply to be a Vendor, complete the form below before March 18, 2018 and indicate whether you would prefer an inside our outside space. Due to limited space, we will only accept a small number of vendors and will not allow duplicates of the same goods to be sold. Further instructions will be sent to you if your application has been accepted. If you have any further questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
*A limited number of tables and chairs are available. If you can bring your own, that is strongly encouraged. If you need a table and/or chairs, please indicate that on the application. Again, these will be first come - first served. Important notes:- Electricity is not provided for outside booths. Limited electrical access will be available at the inside booths but must be pre-arranged with ASGNO.- Tents are not provided for outside booths. If you bring a tent, keep in mind that you will be setting up on concrete and should be prepared to secure your tent without stakes. - The event will occur rain or shine. Should the weather make it not possible to set up outside, we will accommodate everyone inside. - Vendors and Agency Booths will be allowed to set up between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of the event.
