I am signing up to participate in a scheduled Erie Community Scavenger Hunt on December 1, 2024.    By signing this agreement, I acknowledge full consent, agreement and willing participation in the Erie Community Scavenger Hunt. In consideration of the right to participate in this Erie Community Scavenger Hunt, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I forever waive, release, discharge and agree to hold harmless AED Group LLC dba Donatos Pizza, PopLuck Gourmet Popcorn, LLC, and Lucky Louie's, and all members and employees, together with its affiliates, promotional partners, sponsors, event organizers, individual team members, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event, and all other officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and legal representatives of each of them, all for the purposes herein referred to as RELEASEES, from all liability, any and all claims, demands, actions, causes and expenses of any nature, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, liability, attorney’s fees, expenses for litigation and/or settlement arising out of my participation in the Erie Community Scavenger Hunt.

I understand that the Erie Community Scavenger Hunt IS NOT A RACE, and that said Erie Community Scavenger Hunt is run on open public roads and understand that I must be alert and obey ALL traffic laws.

By signing, I agree that the foregoing Release, Waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be a broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the state of Pennsylvania and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue on full force and effect.

By signing this consent and release, I intend, forever to agree and consent not to sue the RELEASEES in any cause of action arising out of my/our participation of the Erie Community Scavenger Hunt. I agree that this consent and release shall apply to all of my successors in interest.

I have read the Consent and Release of All Claims and agree to it.
