Fearless Readers Summer Camp Registration
This camp will be held in July on the following dates: 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th. Camp runs 8a - 12p and is held at the Rainbow Event Center located at 25840 I-10, Boerne, TX 78006.

How to sign up:
Once this form has been submitted, you will receive a Paypal Invoice AND a camp contract via email within 24 hours. Your spot will not be secured until the $50 supplies and registration fee has been received and contract has been returned. Below you will have the option to either pay your camp session fee in full, or choose a payment plan. The EarlyBird discount will automatically be applied to all invoices paid prior to Saturday, April 4th at 11:59 PM CT.

What to know about camp:
A daily snack will be provided. Let us know if your child has any allergies by indicating them on the camp contract. Please apply sunscreen prior to camp and bring extra for reapplications, as needed. Most of Rainbow Event Center is shaded but we will occasionally use an open field area for relays and other activities. We will spend most of our time outdoors utilizing the outdoor classroom spaces and play equipment. Please bring a reusable water bottle. We suggest sending a backpack with your child's name that includes a water bottle, sunscreen and change of clothes (just in case). Indoor space is also available to us and we will use this to cool off or in case of bad weather. Drop-off/pick-up:
Your child's safety is importance to us. Parents will need to park in the designated spots and bring their child to the checkin table to sign them in at drop-off each day. At pick-up we require photo identification to ensure each child is released to the appropriate party, along with completing our sign out sheet.

Payment: Please choose which payment option you prefer. The cost of camp is $250 after the EarlyBird Discount is applied ($25 off). There is a $50 Supplies and Registration Fee which is non-refundable and secures your spot. Camp payment Terms & Conditions are detailed on the invoice. Note that if you choose to separate your payments, the EarlyBird discount will be applied to the final payment and must be paid by April 4th to be eligible. Payment can be made as late as May 1st, but would not be eligible for the EarlyBird discount. If payment is not made by May 1st, your spot may be forfeited. *

How did you hear about our camp? *
A unique component of this camp is our private Facebook group created only for the parents of the children in this specific camp. In the group, we will post video recaps where we provide examples and information on what was learned that day. We will also share photos and videos of the fun along with supplemental resources and ideas for continuing the learning at home. If you would like to be included in this group, please write your Facebook name as it appears so that we can add you. The group will be created and invites sent out the week before camp.
