We’ll reach out to you at least 6 months in advance if we need you for an upcoming trip. We ask that you please be patient, as the Los Angeles team only conducts 1-2 OpWalk missions per year and volunteering space
is limited. In the meantime, please send us your curriculum vitae/resume so we can have it on file. If you opted “yes,” you will receive our electronic newsletter via email so you can keep up to date with us on a monthly basis.
If you are selected as a volunteer to join the Los Angeles team for an OpWalk mission, you will be asked to submit a copy of your passport and to cover your own airfare. A shared hotel room, transportation, and most meals are provided free of cost by Operation Walk Los Angeles once abroad.
