Office 365 (O365) is a line of subscription services offered by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft Office product line. It allows use of the Microsoft Office software suite as well as cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) products for business environments, such as hosted Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and OneDrive among others.

This Ohio River Valley CSA Technical Track will focus on the implementation and securing of O365’s SaaS components as seen from four different perspectives:  Vendor, Consultant, Managed Service Provider, and of course End-user.
