Spring 2020 New Student Orientation for Adult Learners
Congratulations on your admission to Northern Virginia Community College. To support your successful transition and integration into college life, you are invited to attend this New Student Orientation for Adult Learners. In particular, we invite degree-seeking students who are:
-first-time in college students (over the age of 25),
-transferring into to NOVA from another college/university (all ages), or
-returning to college after a leave of absence (all ages).
The purpose of new student orientation is to prepare students to be academically successful. It will also offer you the opportunity to connect with other adult students.
Please plan on attending this important program. There is no cost for attendance, but we ask that you RSVP by registering.
