Use this form to request a Verification of Enrollment (VOE). Status notification will be sent to the email address provided on this form. Once approved, the VOE form will be available at the school office.

Students must present a VOE form when applying for a Texas driver’s license as well as a permit. According to the VOE form and school policy, students must meet certain criteria for VOE eligibility:  

    1. The student must have met the minimum attendance requirement by attending 90% of each class. (The 90 Percent Attendance Rule) 
 
    AND

    2. Currently meeting or exceeding the minimum grade of 70 in all courses.

The VOE must be approved by the Headmaster, Assistant Headmaster, or the Registrar. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. Appointments at the DMV are currently booked out for several months. Please plan accordingly when requesting a VOE to ensure it does not expire before your appointment. It is the student's responsibility to pick up the completed VOE.

VOEs expire after 30 days. VOEs issued within the last 5 days of the school year are valid over the entire summer and expire on the first day of the following school year.

Students must apply for the privilege of parking on campus by submitting the Parking Permit Request and Student Acknowledgement of Parking Policies. Any law or ordinance regulating traffic on a public highway or street also applies to the operation of a vehicle on campus.
