Private Lessons Request Form
Please use this form to request private lessons with a coach. 
  • Once submitted, your request will be reviewed for availability with the coach selected. If approved, communication between you and your coach will be initiated where you will set up your days/times with them.
  • If approved, a class will be created for the session, and you will be notified that you can register for the class through your online portal. Payment is due upon registration of the class.
  • Lessons must be paid in full before scheduling with a coach.
If you are signing up for duo/trio lessons, each family must submit this form and agree to the policies.

At Sterling Silver Studio, our priority is the growth, safety, and well-being of every student. We focus on the whole person—technical skills, mental health, wellness, and healthy boundaries. 

While we respect that some families may seek outside coaching, not all coaches share our values. For this reason, each of our staff members reserves the right to decline working with a student who is also training elsewhere, based on what is best for the student, the staff member, and our program.
I acknowledge and understand the studio’s policy regarding outside coaching, and I agree to respect each coach’s decision in these matters.

* Scrip and Klarna cannot be used for Private Lessons.
