Once you filled out the form please text us on the following number saying that " Your name and you have filled out club booking form". Ph: 0503312807

THE RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED BEFORE SOMEONE FROM THE TENANT COMMITTEE CONTACTS YOU VIA WHATSAPP/SMS.

*** You can book only for a day at a time.
*** You must clean the club room after your usage.
*** You take the responsibility for any damages that happens to the club room/stuff during your booking time.
*** Bring your ID card while collecting the clubroom key.

NB: Please be patient if you don't get the confirmation immediately. Text twice in case you have not received a reply within 48 hours.
