キャンセル料について:チケットを購入した参加者が学びのフェアへの参加をキャンセルする場合、以下の料金が適用されます。
イベント日の7日前までのキャンセル:キャンセル料はかかりません。
イベント日の6日前から3日前までのキャンセル:チケット代の50%がキャンセル料として課金されます。
イベント日の2日前から当日のキャンセル:チケット代の100%がキャンセル料として課金されます。
キャンセルのご連絡:キャンセルを希望される場合、イベント主催者にできるだけ早くご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。キャンセル手続きを進める際、参加者の氏名およびチケット購入情報を提供していただく必要があります。または次回への振り替えとして適用することも可能です。
キャンセル手続き:キャンセルの手続きは、オンラインフォームまたはお問い合わせ先メールアドレスを使用して行っていただけます。キャンセルが確認された場合、キャンセル料の詳細と返金の手続きについてご連絡差し上げます。

Additionally, as part of our efforts to plant seeds of dreams in children, we aim to provide them with opportunities to experience the embassy's activities, foster an understanding of the international community, and raise awareness of peace. Furthermore, we will also organize activities such as experiencing Indian cuisine, cultural exchange, reports on activities supporting schools in need in India, and a holistic health promotion program combining community healthcare and yoga.
Participation is free (including event insurance), but there will be additional costs for food and beverages.

Our organization offers a wonderful learning and networking opportunity through monthly activities. These activities involve various expenses, including ingredient costs, insurance for all participants, transportation costs related to receiving ingredients from the food bank, printing costs for posters and flyers, transportation costs for distributing posters and flyers to public facilities, transportation costs for collaborators, and flower expenses for collaborators.
To continue these activities and provide valuable experiences to more people, we collect meal fees from participants. If you are satisfied with our activities, we would appreciate any form of donation.
We sincerely appreciate your warm support and cooperation. We will continue to work together to provide valuable time and learning to more people. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Cancellation Fees:
If a participant who has purchased a ticket wishes to cancel their participation in the learning fair, the following fees will apply:
Cancellation up to 7 days before the event: No cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 6 days to 3 days before the event: 50% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 2 days before the event to the day of the event: 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel, please contact the event organizer as soon as possible. When proceeding with the cancellation process, you will need to provide the participant's name and ticket purchase information. Alternatively, the ticket can be applied to the next event.
Cancellation Procedure: Cancellation can be done through an online form or by contacting the provided email address. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will provide details about the cancellation fee and the refund process.
Transfer Option: Additionally, the ticket can be applied to the next event.
Insurance:
The purchase of tickets for the learning fair includes event insurance. This insurance allows us to be prepared for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. Details of the insurance will be provided on the event day.

- The event will be held rain or shine.
- We do not provide allergy support.
- Corporate volunteers will be present on the day.
- There will be interviews and photography, so please inform us if you do not want your face to be shown.
- Please make sure the application is submitted by the person themselves or their guardian. Changes in proxies or participants cannot be made for security reasons.
<Infection Control Measures>
- The following individuals are not allowed to participate, so please take note:
❶ Individuals who are not feeling well due to cold symptoms, etc.
❷ Individuals with a fever (children: 37.5°C or higher, adults: 37.0°C or higher). Please undergo temperature screening on the day.
❸ Individuals who have "close contacts" or "health observation subjects" among family members or colleagues, etc.
❹ Individuals who have returned from overseas within the past 2 weeks and their family members.
❺ Adults with underlying health conditions (such as heart disease, diabetes, respiratory diseases, etc.).
