Note on Transcripts: While you do not need a transcript to submit this application today, we will need your high school records to build your schedule and place you in the correct classes. Please request your records as soon as possible so we can get your classes set up without delay!  

How to Request Your Transcript:

  1. Rockford Public Schools (RPS 205) Graduates / Former Students:

    • Requests must be submitted online through the RPS 205 Student Records Portal.

    • Records are processed online via ScribOrder. Allow up to 10 business days for processing if you attended more than 5 years ago.

  2. Other High School Districts:

    • Contact the guidance or records department of the high school or district you last attended.
