PO Box Collective Online Programming Proposal
DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PO Box Collective welcomes proposals to use our platform for programming and educational events that align with our collective values of building community in Rogers Park through radical art making & programming, centering marginalized voices and confronting systems of oppression while fostering mutual growth & healing.
1. PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS.
2. WE WILL REVIEW PROPOSALS ON A ROLLING BASIS, AND TRY TO TURN THEM AROUND WITHIN 1 WEEK.
3. ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE FREE TO THE PUBLIC, SO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PROPOSALS THAT WOULD CHARGE A FEE TO PARTICIPANTS. PASSING THE HAT FOR A SUGGESTED DONATION IS OK, BUT YOU CANNOT REQUIRE ANYONE TO PAY.

If you are proposing a recurring event, let us know how often you'd like to do it. We will consider recurring events, but will only agree to them on a trial basis.

How does your event reflect the PO Box collective values ? (see top of this form).
PO Box is entirely volunteer run and supported. We work collectively to make our rent, produce and promote our programming, keep the space clean, etc. We ask that those using the space contribute either a cash contribution or an in-kind contributions such as volunteer labor, or item of value for silent auction, for example.
