Wig Repair Form
This is a consultation form, you must upload a photo of your wig/lace piece or any part of the piece that needs to be repaired or customized. Please keep in mind that this form is for one wig/lace piece per form. Please make sure that your wig is clean before the service or you can add on a cleaning service. You may skip questions that do not apply to you and then I will give you further information for finalizing your appointment via email.

Please only select the service that you need for your wig or lace piece and please don't select random options that do not apply to the services you would like to request for your order.

Example: If you only want a hole repair and balding lace repair please only select those options, and if you would like to add service add-ons like styling, bleached knots, plucking or the cleaning service you can select them down below and this applies to any other service you want to inquire about that is listed below.

The turnaround time may vary depending on the type of service(s) that you book and also by how many orders are before yours, as all orders are on a first come first serve basis.


Important Notice:

When shipping your wig to us please be sure to send us a tracking number via email, you will be notified when we receive the package.

After your order has been processed the tracking number will be provided to you via email when your order is being sent back. 

Please make sure the return address listed above is the same as your shipping information.
