Recognising efforts to win and grow profitable business for our core fresh cut range. This could include winning a new customer, initiatives to increase average gross margin, price increase negotiations and more.
Enabling Diversification
Recognising efforts to grow our diversified range (whether fresh cut, juice or ice cream). Develop new products. Launch in new markets. Innovate new routes to market. Build awareness and purchase of the Blue Skies brand.
Balancing the Business
Recognising efforts to innovate to expand business volumes during
low seasons. What new raw materials
have been brought in? Has local storage been extended through
technical means or other? Have low-season NPDs been
successful?
Driving Efficiencies
Recognising efforts to reduce inefficiency & waste (including improving yields, improving productivity, negotiated better pricing, eliminating waste to landfill, fixing leaks, reusing arisings, reducing distribution costs) Reduce resource consumption (e.g., energy and water)

Recognising efforts to look after, support and aid the development of our people and their communities
