Because this session will be done online using your computer, we have a few questions to ask you smooth online experience.  The interviews will take approximately 60-minutes of your time.  You must log in no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled interview time.  The interview can be done from your home, with the only requirement being that you have access to both a computer with a webcam and internet for use during the session.    To ensure you can participate, please answer the following technical questions:

If chosen, further instructions will follow closer to the session date but we will also schedule a technical check before the actual schedule session. It will take no more than 5 minutes to conduct.  You will receive a link to complete and submit a quick video that will test if your webcam and microphone are working as well as check if your internet connection can hold an online interview. COMPLETING THE TECH CHECK AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AFTER BEING RECRUITED TO ENSURE ABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE INCENTIVE. A few important guidelines:
You must use a desktop or laptop computer.  
You cannot use a tablet, smartphone or any other mobile device. 
You cannot log in from your car, train, bus etc. You must use the same desktop/laptop computer for your tech check and the actual session.   
A wired internet connection is preferred over a wireless internet connection.  
If you must use wireless, make sure you are as close to the wireless router as possible. 
Make sure your computer and phone are fully charged. Make sure you are in a quiet, private room with good lighting and no distractions.  
You must not log in from a public place such as a coffee shop.  
We ask that you participate alone, not with a child/baby present that you are caring for or who is in the background.
