JordanCon Charity Auction Donation Form
Please fill out this form to help us in putting your item in the charity auction! If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback please contact the Charity Events Director, Jamie Cybert, at charityevents@jordancon.org.

Contributions or gifts to JordanCon Inc. are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

Note: I cannot accept items to be in the Charity Auction for 2016 if they are delivered after 7 PM on Friday due to constraints in setting up the auction for Saturday morning. If you still wish to donate something, please make sure to mark how you would like it to be used (either in a future auction or as a prize for our volunteers, etc.)

Market Value
Please enter what you believe this item to be worth. If you aren't sure, I'd suggest whatever you'd normally sell this item for or what it would cost to make the item. You may enter "priceless", however, please limit this to items that are truly "priceless" as in rare collectibles, etc.

If we are unable to use your item or it does not receive a bid in the auction how would you prefer we use it?
We are space limited so I *may* not be able to get your item into the auction. I try to get everything in there, but unfortunately am not always able to.
May we use your item *this year* as a prize for our volunteers or in our Charity Poker Tournament? Or would you prefer it ONLY be used in the Charity Auction?
Do you need a donation acknowledgement letter?
You may need/want this for IRS purposes. JordanCon will not be able to help you with any tax questions, however, please do note contributions or gifts to JordanCon Inc. are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
Please include your contact information, in case we have any questions or need to contact you.
Please enter your email address here! Thank you so much!
