The price of the training includes:
- 3 Days training, consisting of lectures, interactive exercises and an excursion
- Training materials
- Certificate
- 2 Nights (29 and 30 January 2013) in the hotel, including breakfast
- 2 lunches and 2 dinners
Please note that the price does not include travel to and from Tilburg.
General conditions
- Early birds (registration before 21 December) and staff of ECNC network partners receive a reduction of 10% (the costs are then € 1,755.00).
- You will receive an invoice for the total amount of € 1,950.00, which should be paid within three days after registration.
- Only written cancellations will be accepted. 80% of the total amount (€ 1,950.00 or € 1,755.00) will be charged in the case of cancellation 14 - 2 days prior to arrival date, and 100% of the total amount (€ 1,950.00 or € 1,755.00) will be charged in the case of cancellation 2 - 0 days prior to arrival date.
- In case of force majeure (i.e. illness; important personal circumstances, such as illness in your immediate family, and bereavement; and extreme weather conditions and natural disasters), ECNC will not refund the costs, but proposes the following:
If the training course takes place at another time, you will be offered the chance to participate without payment. You may ask a colleague or other interested person to replace you. You may participate in another, similar training course offered by ECNC which is the same price. (If the alternative training course is more expensive, you must pay the difference.)
The force majeure options are only valid if you provide evidence of force majeure and contact the ECNC secretariat as soon as possible in the event of force majeure. If you do not contact the ECNC secretariat, you lose the right to avail yourself of these options.
- ECNC cannot be held responsible for any damages, personal injuries or losses.
- ECNC will only cancel the training course if there are fewer than 25 registrations. In this case, you will receive a written confirmation and a full refund of the training costs.
