  • Set Up: Saturday, May 30th from 7:30am-9:45am (time subject to change - potential set up option Friday, May 29)
The market is located on the second floor of the building so keep that in mind when planning for load in - if you require the elevator to load in you will be slotted into a specific time frame to keep from a long wait time in line.
  • Market: Saturday, May 30  10:00am-4:00pm
  • Take Down: Saturday, May 30  4:10pm-5:30pm

Options to Apply For

Vendors:

  • 6' Table - space for one 6' table, with room to stand behind ($200+gst)
  • 8' Table - space for one 8' table, with room to stand behind ($225+gst)
  • 10' x 10' Booth - 10' wide by 10'' deep space to set up ($275+gst)
  • Food Truck Outside ( $100+gst)
  • Service Based Business Outside - not selling items just advertising ($75+gst)
Booth Sharing:
*sharing a booth is allowed but both vendors must apply and be accepted there is a $50 fee added for sharing
  • 6' Table Space - no sharing allowed
  • 8' Table Space - additional $50+gst
  • 10' x 10' Booth -  additional $50+gst

Young Entrepreneur: Business owner(s)/Operator(s) must be 17 years old or younger ($75+gst) *space for a 6' Table Space (6' Table included)

Workshop:

Workshops generally run in 1.5hr increments (approx. 6-8 seats per workshop), so you can get three groups through on market day. LMM will promote the workshop,  you handle all the ticket sales through your shop leading up to the market, walk ups are also allowed if you would like. You are NOT ALLOWED to sell anything but workshop seats on market day ($275+gst) *includes 2 - 8' tables + 12 chairs

Market Partner:

A great way to join our community if you are a service based business. Offer a special discount or gift for our shoppers. LMM will give out your promotional item or coupon at the door OR you can walk around on market day and target market your ideal client ($75+gst)

Market Entertainment: 

Elevate the customers experience on market day, while promoting yourself and/or your business. Example: music, face paint, activity...  You are not allowed to charge or sell anything on market day for this service (no cost to you)
