AP Exam Request Form: Homeschool students testing at NCSSM Durham
This form is meant ONLY for Homeschool students living in North Carolina to request taking an AP Exam at the NCSSM Durham Campus. Homeschool students may request up to 3 AP exams. Submission of this form is only part 1 of the order process.  Once confirmed we can accommodate your exam request, the AP Coordinator will share the payment site and join code to enroll on College Board-only after those have been done will your order process be complete. Note that NCSSM is unable to provide SSD accommodations for homeschool students under any circumstance.
