Meet & Debate Prague 2019 - Application Form
Thank you for your interest in our Meet & Debate Prague 2019 exchange programme taking place in Prague from 14 - 17 November 2019 in Prague. The exchange will take place mainly between sister cities Prague and Nuremberg, but it is also open for other Czechia and Bavaria residents.
Kindly complete this form to submit an application to participate. You will be notified shortly about whether your application was successful or not. Please note that our working language of our programme will be English, so a sufficient level to be able to debate will be required.
The participant fee for Czech participants is 10 € and for German participants 20 €.
Deadline for applications is 13 November 2019.

By submitting the application form, you confirm the accuracy of your information.
Incorrect information can lead to the exclusion of your application.
All applicants agree to prepare a short Pecha Kucha presentation with a participant from the other country that will be assigned to them in the case of selection.
German applicants agree to be hosted by a Czech participant of the same sex in Prag or rented accommodation / a ho(s)tel at the organisers' discretion.
Participation in the weekend seminar is at your own risk, the organiser One Europe e. V. assumes no liability. Participants themselves are responsible for adequate insurance coverage and compliance with laws.
Meals are provided for all participants. Accommodation is provided for all participants from Germany as well as the project team.
Applicants agree to One Europe e. V. storing the application data and to be contacted about future relevant projects unless they ask to delete their data.
Participants further agree to the use of photo, audio and video materials of themselves created during the project by One Europe e. V. and its partners.
Participants commit themselves to the respectful, constructive dealing with all involved as well as third persons and to correct, legal behaviour. Violations may result in exclusion from the seminar and future projects of One Europe e. V. and Mladi Evropane.
The implementation of the project depends on pending final funding approval.
