- This form is just a request to have your event filmed and must be confirmed by a member of the Riderwood TV team.
 
- Requests to have your event filmed must be made at least 14 days in advance. The earlier an event request is submitted, the more likely the necessary equipment will be available.

- If any of the below information (or any requests for your event) are changed, please contact the Riderwood TV Studio at info@riderwoodtv.com.

- Any filmed event must be sponsored by a Riderwood resident group, club, organization, or committee. Individuals can not request to have events filmed and outside organizations cannot request to have events filmed.

- Your event must be allowed to be made available to all residents either through screening on Channel 972 or on RiderwoodTV.com.

- This form is for taping. Any audio/visual information must still be submitted through the Community Resources team.
