Basics for Local Kids 2022-2023
The BLK distribution events for 2022 have already taken place. If you did not make the events, you are welcome to register here.
  • One form for EACH child.
  • Registration for winter-wear.
  • Wisconsin kids in need ages newborn through 18 years old living in Pierce or St. Croix counties are eligible.
  • Kids will pick out items at the distribution event and can try them on for fit. Selection variety is based on donations.
  • The information on this form guides us to have appropriate sizes and quantities available. We do our best, but can not guarantee availability.
