2024-2025 Late Arrival/Early Dismissal Request
Parents and Guardians: Please complete and submit this form if you would like to request a Late Arrival or Early Dismissal for your child from school. No schedule changes will be made to accommodate early dismissal/late arrival.  This privilege does not go into effect until the change is updated on the student's schedule.

School administration may revoke this privilege at any time for academic issues, arriving late to class, or behavior. 

Late arrival students- it is the student’s sole responsibility to budget their time and to report to Henderson on time for their scheduled class.
