Rentals include the following: 

-Free parking

-Tables and chairs for up to 120 guests (additional costs may be required for more guest)

-Refrigerator, freezer and prep space. No cooking on site. Two tables for serving food.

-Wi-Fi Access

- One wired microphone & Speaker (Bluetooth capable)

-DJs & Photographers must provide their own tables

-Open space of approximately 2500 sq ft.

Safety & Security Operating Procedures

Non-compliance may forfeit or increase your Damage/Rules Enforcement Fee: The following are strictly prohibited.
1. Helium Balloons 
2. Open Flame Candles on the tables or floor
3. Cooking of any kind in the break room/food prep area or open space 
4. Smoking inside or outside the building except for in designated areas
5. Alcohol of any kind not allowed as part of the event (Any questions about this rule, please ask in advance)
6. Inappropriate behavior for all guests in attendance (Renter is responsible for non-compliance of all guests)

Please note that the time allotted for your event must include set up, break down and clean up. Example: If your event begins at 6:00pm - set up will start at that time. If the event ends at 11pm - the facility must be completely cleaned and exited at that time. Extra time for set-up may be acquired for an additional cost. Events that extend past 12 midnight will incur an upcharge. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of Rule Enforcement/Damage Waiver fee.
