Radical Collaboration® is a methodology for individuals and organizations who wish to strengthen their collaboration and conflict resolution skills. The three-day Radical Collaboration® training provides a relationship-oriented mindset and the skills necessary for successful collaboration.
It helps you to foster:
- the development of collaborative skills,
- the establishment and maintenance of a trust-based cooperation through the introduction of a "Green Zone" culture,
- awareness of your own behaviour patterns and defensivenesses in conflict situations,
- understanding the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, especially in conflict situations,
- dialogue and problem solving skills through exercises in simulated and real situations,
- competences to build long-term partnerships.

This training is especially open to students, apprentice and young professionals.
