1) I will take good care of my assigned Chromebook. *

4) I understand that if I repeatedly break or lose my Chromebook, my parents will be financially responsible. *

15) I will not place decorations (such as stickers, markers, etc) on the Chromebook or case. *

16) I will promptly report any damage done to the Chromebook, including any damage by fire, theft or vandalism. *

17) I will be responsible for all damage or loss caused by neglect or abuse. *

18) I agree to return the Chromebook, case, cables and cords in good working condition. *

19) I will not take or upload videos, audio, pictures or other media without the permission of those involved. *

20) I will only install Chrome apps and/or extensions that have been approved by School District 31. *

I understand that my Chromebook is subject to inspection at any time without notice, and remains the property of West Northfield School District 31. I understand that these policies apply while at school, as well as outside the school day. *
