Greetings (Welcome all participants at the door, help people navigate the space — restroom, exits, food trucks, Welcome Desk, etc.)

Assist at the Welcome Desk (help attendees check in and/or register for the event)

Assist exhibitors (help exhibitors with directions to their tables and other questions, etc.)

Assist during the Talks and with Speakers (manage time, direct Speakers to rooms, coordinate with Talks’ mediator, etc.)

Outdoors with food trucks (direct food trucks in the parking lot, check-in with them from time to time)

Outdoors traffic (help with traffic in the parking lot — direct people to find parking spots and exits)

Headshot coordinator (assist photographers with attendees)

Take photos of the event (take multiple photos of the events during the day)

Make short videos of the event (take multiple video of the events during the day)

Volunteer coordinator (coordinate all volunteers)
