COVID-19 Visiting Prep Form
Dear all,
The Covid-19 Visiting Prep Form is no longer in service due to relaxations in guidance regarding Covid-19 tracing. Health screening will also no longer be required, however if you are sick or have Covid-19 you should not visit the care home inline with our stay at home policy and infection control procedures.
The coronavirus situation is continuously monitored at Moorland View and we will not hesitate to add precautionary measures where necessary. If infections worsen in winter, we will bring back the Prep form.
Please remember it still remains mandatory to wear a medical face mask (surgical or FFP2).
