Broken Tables Vendor's Agreement
Eli Lu Entertainment in association with S-Type Productions, with Mill Creek Community Partnership, presents “Broken Tables” spoken word stage play.

The Broken Tables spoken word stage play will take place on Sunday, February 24th, 2019 at the University of Penn International House in the Ibrahim Theater, located at 3701 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Philadelphia, PA. There will be two shows in one day. Prior to each show, there will be an art exhibition/silent auction, vendors and guest engagement activities.

The production team is looking for local businesses/organizations to advertise their brand to approximately 720 attendees. All interested vendors must submit a "Vendor Registration Form" to be considered. However, slots are limited and are first come first served. The production team will review each request to determine if the vendor is fitting for our event. Vendors will be notified via email if their request has been confirmed or denied. In the event that a vendor aborts their participation, other vendors on the list will be contacted for replacement. The vendors section will be located next to our beautiful art exhibit, therefore presentation of our vendors tables are important to creating a fitting experience for our guests. Therefore, we are requiring vendors to provided a clean and aesthetically pleasing set up/presentation.

Cost: $100 per vendors booth
Vendors must provide their own equipment: tables, chairs, etc.
Vendors Space: Standard Table size or approximately 2 x 6ft
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event
No electricity or running water is available
Vendor participation must relate to the show's theme in some way (Read below)*
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area the same way they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth

Selected vendors will receive a confirmation email with the PayPal invoice link for accepting payment. Note: You do not need a PayPal account to make payments.

Art Exhibit and vendors: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm (Doors Open at 1:00 pm)
First Show: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Art Exhibit and vendors:
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Doors open at 4:30 pm)
Second Show: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Setup: 11:00 AM
Take Down: 6:00 PM

Eli Lu Entertainment, The Mill Creek Community Partnership, S-Type Productions, and The International House Philadelphia, or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stole or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Broken Tables Production.
