Music for Families - 'Out West'                                           Symphonix Volunteer Opportunity               Saturday, February 29, 2020
Symphonix Members -- bring a friend and join Ashley Mishoe, Music for Families Chair and fellow Symphonix member, to volunteer for the pre-concert activities at Music for Families, Saturday, February 29! Hand out free Symphony sheriff badges, stamp instrument 'passports' and more. The activities, designed by the Symphony’s Education Department, complement the concert experience for this young audience. Get ready for a rip-roaring adventure Out West!

Shift times:
12:15 - 2:15 pm
12:15 – 3:30 pm

Instructions and Orientation:  
- Enter Davies Hall through the Hayes Street Musicians Entrance, located on Hayes Street between Van Ness and Franklin streets
- Receive a brief orientation from 12:15-12:45 pm
- Be show-ready and in-position when doors open at 1:00 pm

Volunteer Assignments include:
- Instrument passport stampers
- Instrument line monitors
- Special swag distributors
- Mini Conductor/Photo-Op Station Attendants
- Handle baton/bow ties for kids posing for photos as little conductors
- Piano Keyboard Rug Guardians

*VOLUNTEER ROLES WILL BE ASSIGNED DURING DAY OF ORIENTATION
