Galatians 6:2 calls us to “bear one another’s burdens,” and intercessory prayer is one of the most powerful ways to do that There are seasons when we’re too tired, discouraged, or overwhelmed to pray for ourselves. In those moments, the prayers of others can lift us before God when we can’t find the words. Prayer from others is like a spiritual shield. In Ephesians 6:18, Paul urges believers to “pray in the Spirit on all occasions… for all the Lord’s people.” Those prayers help guard against discouragement, temptation, and attack. When others pray for you, they may believe for things you can’t yet see yourself. Their faith can help strengthen your own and remind you of God’s promises. Knowing someone is praying for you is deeply encouraging—it’s an action. It says, “You matter to me, and I’m standing with you before God.”
Guardian Christian Academy prays for its families because we love them, we believe God hears us, and we want His hand to guide and bless every student, parent, and home connected to our school.
With this form, we can know how to pray, more specifically, for those needs in our community.
