For members to nominate for the Junior Team of the Year category they must complete the nomination below. All nominations will be assessed on the criteria Listed below.

Nomination Period for 2016/17 takes in the following Events, 2016 Vawdon Cup, 2016 NYC, 2016 SOO, 2016 Country Championships, 2016 State Cup, 2017 Junior State Cup, 2017 NTL & Elite 8 and 2017 Junior Regionals

This nomination will be confirmed in writing after nominations close 5pm Wednesday 30th August

1. Eligibility • The nominated Junior Team must have achieved their accomplishment(s) within the NSWTA Award qualification period. • Represent a current financial entity of the NSWTA. *
